project team to match the unique
needs of each client, bringing together business savvy, medical experience,
and technical depth. This Health Advances team works closely with our client
to drive the process, develop the fact base, synthesize the ideas, and
formulate the conclusions.
With each new project, we leverage lessons and accumulated non-confidential information
generated from hundreds of previous projects. This accumulated experience is available
to our joint working teams through the Health Advances Knowledge Management Center.
We view each project as a collaboration between our consultants and our client's leadership
team. We do not use a "cookie-cutter" approach. Each collaboration is defined by our client's
culture, stage of business and organizational capabilities. Frequent communications, including
regular teleconferences, formal updates and periodic off-site working sessions, ensure a
practical set of recommendations.
