Everyone joins Health Advances with a foundation of relevant skills that allows
him or her to make immediate contributions to our team. Our goal is then to
help each person develop a well-rounded set of complementary skills that

Your development starts on your first day when you are immersed in a specially designed,
practical training program. It continues throughout your career as on-the-job mentoring,
routine exposure to senior staff, and twice-annual performance reviews with clearly defined
skill development plans to provide direction and opportunity.
