Your MBA and previous work experience arm you with a strong set of business tools which
you will have the opportunity to refine and expand upon at Health Advances. Our clients ask
difficult questions about technology commercialization, business strategy, and M&A that will
challenge you to progress up a steep learning curve. In addition to learning more about the
healthcare industry, you will also learn team building, team leadership, and client management,
the core elements of a successful consulting practice.

Your Skills: In addition to your MBA, it is likely that you have some
previous work experience. Ideally, you have already decided that healthcare is your
passion. This combination of skills and passion prepares you quickly to learn the tools
and methods of consulting, learn about Health Advances' practice, contribute to project
teams, and advance rapidly into leadership positions.

Your Role: Initially, you will conduct and oversee critical project analyses,
contribute to the intellectual leadership of projects, and eventually provide day-to-day
team supervision and overall strategic direction. You will work closely with the management
team and, as you build experience, regularly interact with senior client contacts. All that
experience will prepare you for establishing your own reputation in the industry and creating
your own group of clients.
