Starting with a question or an issue posed by a client, the Health Advances team
works closely with the client to structure an approach, lay out a work plan, and
embark on the work. Each year Health Advances helps clients address a huge range
of diverse challenges. While our work varies widely with each specific challenge,
a simple example will give you a sense of our process.
As you will see in the accompanying file, each project progresses through the
following ten stages:
- Problem definition
- Proposed approach
- Kick-off meetings
- Analytical and planning work
- Strategy sessions
- Interim meetings
- Forecasting and financial modeling
- Preview of findings and recommendations
- Final strategy session and report
- Next steps
